Friendly Soul has clocked up a few wins in an impressive career, with See The Fire having won twice already this term and looks capable of travelling well over one mile and two furlongs.

Diamond Necklace has been racking up the wins and it’s hard to oppose a horse who is trading at a backable price. Aidan O’Brien trains a runner who will benefit from an allowance if she lines up here, with three consecutive wins having been earned on French soil. Coming back for the new season, there was a three-length success at Longchamp when Diamond Necklace coped really well with the heavy ground in May. There was then a success at Chantilly, where the 1/2 favourite coped with firmer ground when obliging in the Prix de Diane Longines to cement her Group One credentials.
Estrange might be the great pretender. David O’Meara saddles a horse who is an older adversary who claimed a victory at Carlisle at the end of May. There was then a really bright performance at the Curragh at the end of June. In the Paddy Power Pretty Polly Stakes, the 13/8 shot came from the rear to produce the goods and could be of each-way interest.
Friendly Soul and See The Fire are other strong horses in the field and the former was last seen finishing third in the Duke of Cambridge Stakes at Royal Ascot. With a clearer run, she might have ended up landing a victory, with the latter having posted two wins to start the campaign. Andrew Balding’s horse gave a solid performance when finishing sixth in the Prince of Wales’s Stakes.
