2025 Atalanta Stakes Betting Tips
Blue Bolt has been bolting home this season. The horse will pitch up in the Atalanta Stakes bidding to record a fourth straight victory of the campaign. The latest effort actually came at Sandown Park which bodes well for this race. The 2/1 favourite claimed the spoils in early July when scoring in the Coral Distaff over a mile and that came after two other wins.
There was a notable success in a Fillies’ Novices Stakes at Newbury, with the horse edging out the field by over a length. That came after a four-length success at Windsor, with Andrew Balding’s charge now bidding to overcome her rivals and there will be Colin Keane on board this talented mare in a quest to land more prize money.
Alobayyah returns after a lengthy absence and it’s hard to predict exactly how the horse will perform. William Haggas previously saw the horse claim the spoils at Yarmouth when the 4/1 shot dotted up in October. It was a notable victory on soft ground, although the surface at Sandown Park will be a lot faster on Saturday and this horse is unproven.
Spiritual was disappointing last time out when the four-year-old was dead last out of thirteen runners at Deauville. However, she might be forgiven for that run considering that it was preceded by a smart success at Epsom. In the Princess Elizabeth Stakes, there was a victory by nearly five lengths over one mile, half a furlong.

Coppice will be ridden by Kieran Shoemark in the Virgin Bet Atalanta Stakes, with the horse bidding to land a third victory of the season. There was a fairly facile win in a Novice Stakes at Newcastle on the all-weather, although the real highlight victory was in the Sandringham Stakes at Royal Ascot over the distance of one mile.
The horse stepped up in class to run in the Falmouth Stakes on the July course at Newmarket, finishing a credible fifth out of eight horses over one mile. However, Heredia has solid credentials of his own and there was a stunning victory in the Dick Hern Stakes where the runner was able to win by nearly four lengths.
Midnight Mile is trained by Richard Fahey and the horse was impressive enough when finishing third in the Rose Of Lancaster Stakes last time out. Finishing behind favourite Al Aasy was no disgrace, with the three-year-old finishing ahead of several other quality runners and that came after a win in the Fillies’ Stakes at York.
Queen For You began her season with a victory in a Fillies’ Novice Stakes at Ascot back in May, with the horse then heading to York to finish second in a Fillies Stakes. More recently, the mare finished fifth out of a field of six in the Coronation Stakes before finishing midfield in the Lyric Fillies’ Stakes when sent off as the 16/5 favourite.
