2024 Breeders Cup Filly And Mare Turf Betting Odds at Del Mar racecourse

Inspiral has had a successful career to date and the horse has a tremendous chance of scooping a Breeders’ Cup Filly & Mare Turf success. The four-year-old heads to Santa Anita Park with a glowing track record and she was most recently successful when obliging at Newmarket in early October.

Warm Heart has triumphed on back to back occasions and will be bidding to oblige for trainer Aidan O’Brien. These two horses certainly hold the key to this race, although it’s hard to crab some of the form that has been produced by In Italian and Fev Rover. Lindy and Didia are other contenders who could pack a punch.

2023 Breeders Cup Filly & Mare Turf Tips

Could Inspiral land the biggest win of her career to date? Since finishing dead last out of five in the Sussex Stakes at Goodwood, the horse has been able to triumph at Deauville and Newmarket. The first of these wins came in the Group One Prix du Haras de Fresnay-le-Buffard Jacques le Marois where the horse obliged over favourite Big Rock.

Then there was a victory in the Sun Chariot Stakes where Inspiral was sent off as the 10/11 favourite and made no mistake with a four length triumph. John & Thady Gosden will be hopeful that the horse can add a Breeders Cup success and there was plenty to like about the near-miss in the Queen Anne Stakes at Royal Ascot.

However, Warm Heart has been landing a number of wins throughout her three-year-old career, with the latest of these coming at Longchamp. In the Qatar Prix Vermeille, the Aidan O’Brien-trained charge was able to secure a win by one mile and four furlongs. James Doyle was able to edge the horse clear by a neck against Melo Melo.

There had previously been a slender victory when beating Free Wind in the Yorkshire Oaks, with that coming after a fifth-placed finish in the Irish Oaks, although successes have been frequent. In the Ribblesdale Stakes at Royal Ascot, there was a nice success where the filly was able to oblige by two and a half lengths over one mile and four furlongs.
