2026 Breeders Cup Dirt Mile Betting Odds at Keeneland racecourse

Saturday, 31 October 2026

There are thirteen runners set to go to post when it comes to the Breeders' Cup Dirt Mile, with this being a Grade One encounter that is always a popular wagering contest. Nysos has been installed as the market leader, with the four-year-old having the ability to claim the spoils and there’s a substantial amount of prize money on the table.

Full Serrano hasn’t been out of the first two in the past few races, with John W Sadler saddling a six-year-old who has solid credentials. A younger adversary worth checking out is Mystik Dan who has claimed a couple of solid wins this term, while Citizen Bull was also in the winners’ enclosure last time out.

Nysos has been a stellar performer this term, with Bob Baffert no stranger to success in the Breeders’ Cup. The four-year-old kicked off the campaign by finishing second at Churchill Downs in the Churchill Downs Stakes, with this coming before a straightforward win in the Triple Bend Stakes. The best performance of all came in the San Diego Handicap.

That effort was in a Grade Two outing and there’s been plenty of bets for the horse to now deliver the goods on Saturday. However, it’s far from a one-horse encounter, with Full Serrano also an impressive performer. The John W Sadler-trained charge has bags of experience, with the six-year-old having finished second at Santa Anita.

That effort came in the Grade One Goodwood Stakes, with the horse having plenty of experience when it comes to running at Del Mar. Mystik Dan is another interesting contender who has claimed two victories in the past four outings. The four-year-old was able to oblige at Churchill Downs last time out.

Citizen Bull runs for Bob Baffert and the three-year-old has to be respected after landing the spoils at Del Mar at the end of August. Previously to this, there was a June effort at Saratoga when finishing fourth out of ten runners. However, the horse finished well down the order in the Kentucky Derby and needs to find more improvement to be successful here.
