Tuesday, 29 April 2025

The INH Flat Race is going to be packed with potential winners. There are as many as twenty-five horses lining up for this encounter, with five of the runners trading at single figure betting odds. Starting Fifteen is the horse to beat according to the latest betting odds, with the horse having performed solidly in the last encounter.

Eagle of Destiny has the mares’ allowance and that could make all the difference. Bud Fox has claimed a victory and there could be a lot more to come from this Gavin Cromwell-trained runner. Coutach goes for Gordon Elliott and has Patrick Mullins on board, while Galileo Sand finished third last time out.

2025 INH Flat Race Betting Tips

Starting Fifteen is the market leader for this flat race at Punchestown, with the horse finishing second at Limerick towards the end of March. The runner performed well when finishing two lengths behind favourite Light Up The Dark, with that experience potentially standing the horse in good stead although it’s a wide open market.

Eagle Of Destiny has the benefit of carrying much less weight. She was a solid performer at Thurles in a field of eleven runners when finishing second last time out. The horse was able to beat favourite Galileo Sand although lost out to eventual winner Tim Toe. That weight allowance could prove to make all the difference.

Bud Fox has only run once this term and that came at Belharbour. Sent off as the even money favourite, the Gavin Cromwell-trained charge was able to oblige over three miles. Therefore, stamina shouldn’t be an issue and perhaps an each-way wager will prove to yield a return. This is particularly if you can get extra places.

Coutach is an unknown having not run yet although there are positive noises regarding the Gordon Elliott-trained charge. Galileo Sand lost out to Eagle Of Destiny in that race at Thurles, with Scariff Bridge having produced two performances so far this term. Ross O’Sullivan’s charge has been solid with his displays so far.
