2025 Prix Dollar Betting Odds at Longchamp racecourse

Saturday, 04 October 2025

There are several horses trading at single figure betting odds for the Qatar Prix Dollar, with Damysus looking like a talented three-year-old who could go well. The John & Thady Gosden-trained charge was a winner last time out, with the horse competing for favouritism with First Look who has also produced some smart performances.

Andre Fabre’s horse landed a victory at Deauville last time out and could be an each-way bet to nothing. Bay City Roller is yet to win this term but has three runner-up appearances thus far. Maybe King Of Cities can build on a previous success achieved under Richard Hannon and there’s been a strong hit rate achieved by Uthred.

2025 Prix Dollar Betting Tips

There are thirteen runners set to go to post in the Qatar Prix Dollar on Saturday, with this being an encounter on soft ground. It’s a Group 2 heat at Longchamp which caps off the day’s racing, with John & Thady Gosden saddling a three-year-old who was successful last time out. This was an August triumph at Deauville when obliging by two lengths.

That was a great recovery after a hugely underwhelming performance at Epsom when flopping in the Derby. Back in May, there was a nice effort in the Dubai Dante Stakes when the 16/1 shot performed really well. However, First Look is bidding for a third straight win and some punters might instead prefer his chances.

Andre Fabre saddles a horse who was able to score at Deauville when beating Goliath in the Prix Gontaut-Biron Hong Kong Jockey Club. That came after a success at Clairefontaine where the runner was able to win by three lengths. However, others might prefer the chances of Bay City Roller who has finished runner-up on three occasions this term.

George Scott trains a horse who finished second at Longchamp behind Cualificar on 7 September, with the 16/1 shot running well in the Prix Niel. That came after finishing second last in the Sky Bet York Stakes, with that coming after stout runs at Sandown Park and Saint-Cloud. King Of Cities scored at York last time out and could be another for the shortlist.
