2025 Prix Niel Betting Tips

Leffard is likely to go off as favourite to win the Prix Niel, with the horse running well over one mile and four furlongs last time out. That came in the Cygames Grand Prix de Paris where odds-on favourite Trinity College was beaten by a short head. That came after a disappointing effort at Chantilly when finishing second last out of eighteen runners.

Previously to this, the horse finished second in a listed race at Chantilly, with Cualificar also trading at a similar price. Sent off as the 7/10 favourite, the horse was able to finish third out of five runners at Deauville. This came after a runner-up spot at Chantilly when the 11/1 shot ran really well in the Qatar Prix du Jockey Club over one mile, two and a half furlongs.

There were previously wins at Saint-Cloud, Longchamp and Chantilly, with the latter being an even money success over one mile and one furlong. Zahrann is another prime contender who scored in mid-August when obliging by two lengths in a race over one mile and two furlongs. This came after a runner-up effort at Royal Ascot.

It was a close run thing in the King Edward VII Stakes when the runner was just behind favourite Amiloc, with the previous outings resulting in successes at Leopardstown and Cork. There was a success in the King George V Cup where a solid victory was secured, with an odds-on triumph also coming at Cork and there could be more to come.
