2024 Travers Stakes Tips

The betting market is pretty competitive when it comes to the Travers Stakes, with Sierra Leone looking like the potential favourite ahead of this ten furlong encounter. Chad C Brown saddles a runner who has run well in his past three outings, with the latest effort being second at Saratoga when losing by a length against Fierceness.

The year started with a victory at Fair Grounds when beating eleven other runners, with this being followed by a success at Keeneland. There was then a second-placed effort at Churchill Downs, with the horse finishing second in the Kentucky Derby and there is plenty to therefore recommend this runner for a hot encounter.
