2025 Princess Royal Stakes Betting Tips
There are lots of horses in with a reasonable chance of landing the spoils in the Princess Royal Stakes. Tiffany has been installed as the favourite although much depends on how she fares after a long lay-off. The last effort came at Munich last November, with the horse finishing second in the Grosser Allianz Preis von Bayern which was a Group One encounter.
Previously to this, the horse had finished third in the British Champions Fillies & Mares Stakes although much depends on whether the five-year-old can rediscover that sort of form. Perhaps we can go with more tried and tested, with Spirited Style having won at Newmarket back in July when scoring in the Aphrodite Fillies Stakes.
More recently, the horse was hotly-fancied for the German Oaks but struggled to make an impression at the Munich track, with the Charlie Appleby-trained charge finishing well down the order. Understudy has produced some promising performances this term and there have been decent efforts at Ascot, Newmarket and Deauville this season.
The horse was sent off at odds of 40/1 in the Ribblesdale Stakes before finishing runner-up and she could well make a big impression in this race. Silent Love was able to score at this track at Newmarket at the beginning of August, with the 7/4 favourite able to oblige in the Chalice Stakes when obliging by half a length.
